  • Please save your order number in the event you need to call American Express in the future. If you have any questions about your order, please call American Express at 866-268-0582.
  • Allow 1 business day for Gift Card processing IN ADDITION to the shipping time. Orders received before 11:00AM EST on a business day will be processed same day. Orders received after 11:00AM EST will be processed on the following business day. Business days are M-F, excluding major holidays.
  • In addition, please note all packages delivered via UPS should arrive within one to two business (Monday-Friday) days for priority shipping and two to three business days for two-day mail service.
  • Orders delivered USPS (United States Postal Service®) should arrive within approximately 10 business days.
  • Orders $200 and over are not eligible for USPS shipping.
