Inventory/Shipping and Receiving Associate
Position Summary: Responsible for administering and processing operational paperwork that supports the store; inventory transfers and receiving, shipping packages, ordering office supplies, routing repairs and miscellaneous duties.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Inventory Transfers
o Produce computerized inter-store outgoing transfers
o Check incoming inter-store transfers and resolve any discrepancies
o Acknowledge incoming transfers
• Shipping
o Pack and ship purchases/repairs to customers, merchandise transfers and repairs going to vendors
• Receiving
o Log and check-in packages delivered
• Return Merchandise to Vendors
o Prepare RTV forms & ship directly to vendor
• Store Maintenance
o Order and replace light bulbs
o Other as needed
• Miscellaneous
o Filing
o Open and distribute incoming mail
o Process outgoing mail
o Order necessary office supplies

The store manager is responsible for every aspect of the store. She will be responsible for overseeing the operational execution of the store; ensure positive customer experiences; meet store sales goals; coach and motivate store associates to consistently provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
Job Description:
• Responsible for creating a unique, unforgettable and inspirational customer experience encompassing the San Lorenzo Bikinis lifestyle and brand image.
• Responsible for merchandise handling, replenishment, and inventory control efforts.
• Recruit, hire and train a successful team in the areas of customer service, product knowledge, inventory control and merchandising while offering developmental opportunities.
• In charge of executing merchandising strategies by creating and maintaining visual displays in the store windows and on the sales floor.
• Holds all store employees accountable for maintaining a profitable, clean, visually pleasing and energetic work environment.
• Must be able to react to the business and re-merchandise accordingly after sell-through of product. Must utilize and manage product knowledge and sell-through to analyze and communicate business results to the corporate office.
Job Requirements:
• 2 years of fashion Retail Management experience
• Excellent ability to train and motivate staff.
• High flexibility with schedule required
• Basic computer and math proficiency
• Friendly, courteous, and positive attitude is a must
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required
• Able to work well under pressure, multi-task, and follow direction
• Knowledge of LightSpeed is a plu
